Mark your calendars! The Wayne County Fair returns for its 168th year, running from Monday, August 4, through Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 300 W Jackson Street, Palmyra, NY 14522. As the 4th largest agricultural fair in New York State, the Wayne County Fair continues its tradition of celebrating community, agriculture, and entertainment, now with seven full days of activities and attractions for all ages.
Visitors can look forward to an expanded lineup of grandstand events, including: Harness Racing, Tractor Pull, Figure 8 Racing, Demolition Derbies, Beat the Beast Bull Riders Tour Rodeo, Garden Tractor Pull. The Beer Garden will host live music throughout the week, featuring bands like: BBDang, The Seven Wonders (Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band), Zac Brown Tribute Band, Junkyard Field Trip, Knight Patrol, Wayne County Talent Showcase.
For a more intimate setting, the Back Porch Floral Hall will spotlight acoustic performances by talented artists such as: Max Doud, Innesfree Celtic Music Ensemble, Anthony Blood, Leecy & Greg, Sam Nitsch, Rebecca Bruno, Wayne Community Band Concert, Peter Ryan. Meanwhile, the Front Porch Floral Hall will feature unique entertainment, including the Mott’s Wayne County Fair Pie Contest, a Wayne County Sheriff K-9 Demonstration, and the Fiddlers of the Genesee.
This year’s fair also boasts a new midway by Main Event Amusements, promising an enhanced carnival experience with thrilling rides, games, and attractions. In addition to the live entertainment, fairgoers can explore traditional animal, horticultural, and home arts competitions—a cornerstone of the Wayne County Fair.
