Lyons Main Street Program is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Director, Colleen DeCracker Monje. Colleen grew up in Lyons and has been a long-time participant in Lyons’ community life. Colleen has a deep appreciation for a small town’s unique character and history. She has skills and passion for enhancing Lyons’ economic vitality, cultural representation, and social prosperity. As both a business owner and interior designer, she understands the challenges and skills needed to run a successful venture. Colleen appreciates the importance of historic preservation and creating attractive, inspiring environments. Those experiences equip her with the strategic
and aesthetic vision needed to lead Lyons' revitalization efforts. Her experience as Sales and E-commerce Director has developed forward-thinking strategies, and successfully exe - cuted community outreach initiatives-reflecting her commitment to supporting small businesses and strengthening community bonds. Colleen’s unique background in business, design, leadership, and community engagement makes her a strong fit for the Lyons Main Street Director role. Colleen will focus on driving economic growth by supporting small businesses, fostering collaboration, and strengthening the community through strategic public relations and social media outreach connecting residents, businesses, and visitors
in meaningful ways. Colleen’s positive, vibrant personality will contribute to all aspects of Lyons Main Street Program. Colleen will be available at LMSP office, 70 William St. Lyons or at Director@lyonsny.org. Colleen will be around to the Lyons businesses to meet all of you in the near future.
