HSWC Pets of the Week

April 30, 2013
/ by WayneTimes.com

Cat - Midnight
Midnight is a 6 year old spayed female black kitty. She came to the shelter because her owners were moving and unable to bring her along. She can sometime be shy and vocal and once she gets to know you affectionate. Midnight needs to be an indoor kitty because she is front declawed. Her previous owners said she did like other cats or dogs. Midnight is available through our Adult Companion Program to those who qualify.
Dog - Marley
Marley is a 1 year old spayed female reddish brown Shepherd mix. She came to the shelter because her owners could no longer care for her. She likes other dogs and seems to get along with cats. Marley has a sweet temperament and might do better in a home without small children. She is still very much a puppy and would benefit from additional training.

To adopt either of these animals, or any of the dogs & cats available, visit the Humane Society of Wayne County, 1475 County House Road, in Lyons or call (315) 946-3389.
