Palmyra’s Small Business Saturday Candlelight Night Celebration

“There are many reasons to shop local. Our community is exceptional and the small businesses help make it exceptional. When you shop local, more of the money you spend stays local.  Shopping local helps to create jobs, conserve tax dollars, nurture our community, encourages entrepreneurship and helps to make our community a destination,” says Gina Luke, Village Trustee in the Village of Palmyra.

Small Business Saturday is November 25th and the small businesses in the Village of Palmyra are hosting their 2nd annual Candlelight Night of shopping.

The participating small businesses in the Village of Palmyra will stay open until 8pm and the sidewalks will be lined with luminaries for a magical night of unique shopping.

The participating stores will also have Antique Tractor Hayrides on Main Street to help shoppers travel from stores on East Main Street to the stores on West Main Street. Many stores will be offering giveaways, discounts and refreshments. You can  enjoy caroling by the Pal-Mac Select Choir to enhance your shopping experience in the Historic Village of Palmyra.

Local businesses have a lot to offer.  They offer things that you really can’t buy in the big stores.  Many offer rare and unique items that are perfect for that “hard to buy for” person on your list.

Come to the Historic Village of Palmyra on Small Business Saturday, November 25th, for a beautiful, magical night of candlelight shopping, support your local businesses, and find that special person on your list a unique gift they will love forever.
