Here are the HSWC pets of the week.
Cat - Precious
Precious is a 16 year old spayed female Calico medium haired kitty. Her owner passed away and she had no other place to go. She doesn’t get along with other cats or dogs. Precious would be better suited in a quieter home and she doesn’t meow. She is looking for someone to give her a little Christmas spirit and love her as she enters her golden years. Precious is available through our Adult Companion Program to those who qualify.
Dog - Dollar
Dollar is a 1 year old neutered male black and white American Staffordshire terrier. He was a stay that came to the shelter. He is learning how to walk on a leash and sit. He has a very sweet temperament, but needs a home without other dogs, cats or small children. He likes to play with toys. He is still very much a puppy and would benefit from additional training.
