State Troopers out of Lyons attempted to stop a vehicle on Route 14 on Saturday (12/21) at 9:04 p.m. The driver refused to stop and a short pursuit ended the escape at Route 14 and Alloway Road in Lyons.
The driver, Tevin Devante Bracey, age 32, of 111 Weaver Street was subsequently arrested for Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor vehicle in the First Degree-Alcohol/Drug; Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree; Unlawfully Fleeing Police in a Motor Vehicle; False Impersonation and Reckless Driving.
His vehicle was towed from the scene of the stop and he was taken to the Wayne County Jail for CAP Court arraignment and released on Pre-Trail Services to appear in Lyons Town Court on 1/7/25.
A passenger in Bracey’s vehicle, Patience LaRock, age 23, of 77 Canal Street in Lyons was arrested for Criminal Impersonation in the Second Degree after giving police her sister’s name.
She was additionally charged on a Superior Court warrant for Robbery in the First Dergree - Displays What Appears to Be a Firearm, from a September 28th incident.
LaRock was held on bail to appear in Lyons Town Court on the Criminal Impersonation to appear in Lyons Court on 1/7/25. She will also appear in Wayne county Court on the Superior Court warrant on 1/28/25.
