The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reported the arrest on Sunday (10/13) at 4 p.m. of Christian R. Lynn, age 19, of 3288 Wildflower Drive in the Town of Walworth for Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

It is alleged that during the overnight hours between July 27th and July 28th, 2024, multiple juveniles broke in the golf cart barn at the Blue Heron Hills Golf Course and stole multiple golf carts from the building. The juveniles caused damage to one of the golf carts and portions of the golf course.

Lynn arrived later with another juvenile and stole his own golf cart. The juveniles, all age 15, were arrested for various charges including Burglary, Criminal Mischief, and Grand Larceny. The Juveniles were issued appearance ticket for the Wayne County Family Court.

Lynn was held at the Wayne County Jail for CAP Court arraignment and released to appear in Walworth Town Court on 10/28.
