The Wayne County Office of The Sheriff reported the arrest on Saturday (11/20) at 6 p.m. of Tevin A. Lise, age 31, of Caroline Street in the Village of Clyde for Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Menacing in the Third Degree, as well as several counts of Harassment in the Second Degree following a physical altercation that occurred during a domestic incident.
It is alleged that Mr. Lise got into an argument with his girlfriend then he refused to let her leave her apartment. When she tried to get around him to leave, he followed her outside where he pushed, slapped, and spit in her
face all while threatening her life. This took place in front of a 7 year old child.
Deputies were in the process of making the arrest when Mr. Lise repeatedly spit and kicked deputies, refusing to enter the patrol vehicle.
Mr. Lise was arrested and held at the Wayne County Jail for CAPS arraignment and released to appear in Galen Town Court. An Order of Protection was issued for the victim.
