On Sunday (11/17) State Troopers out of Williamson reported the arrest of Jacob M. Daskiewich, age 29, of 6145 Patriot Drive in the Town of Ontario for Felony Aggravated Family Offense in the First Degree, following domestic incident with a girlfriend while in a vehicle on Route 350 in the Town of Walworth. He was additionally charged with Criminal Mischief Fourth for taking her cell phone to prevent her from calling 911 and Petit Larceny for taking a credit card from the girl.
He was picked up at his residence in Ontario where he fought with troopers and charged in Ontario with Resisting Arrest.
Once back at the Williamson State Police barracks, he again battled with troopers, spit at them and refused to be fingerprinted, or photographed. He was then charged in Williamson with Resisting Arrest and Obstruction of Governmental Administration.
He was taken to the Wayne County Jail for CAP Court arraignment and remanded to jail to appear in three different courts on three different dates.
Palmyra Village police reported that Daskiewich was arrested on Saturday (11/16) at 7:15 p.m. after he entered the liquor store on West Main Street and was told to leave.
He refused and shoved the clerk and when police arrived he became physical with officers as well.
In the Palmyra case he was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree-Physical Contact and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree.
He was released to appear in Palmyra Village Con December 3rd.
