On Friday (11/28) at 4:05 p.m. State troopers out of Williamson responded to 3940 Ridge Road in Williamson for a report of domestic violence.

It is alleged that Shaun Patrick Allen, age 24, of 133 West Spruce Street in East Rochester got into a dispute with a female victim about his texting other females.

He reportedly punched, bit her hand and began chocking her while the two were in the McDonald’s restaurant parking lot in Williamson, doing so in front of children.

Allen was charged with  Endangering the Welfare of a child, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, and Assault in the Third Degree.

Upon searching his vehicle troopers found 4.8 grams of cocaine , leading to an additional crime of Felony Criminal Possession of a controlled Substance in the Third Degree. It was also discovered he had No License and was additionally charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.

He was taken to the Wayne County Jail for CAP Court arraignment and released on his own recognizance to appear in Town of Williamson Court on December 10th.
