Magrino also victimized the 99 year old resident by placing her in the bathroom facing the wall while he sexually abused her daughter by forcibly touching her breasts. The New York State Attorney General’s Office handled the prosecution of the case.
Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts, called what “bizarre behavior”. On Monday (5/2) the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Louis F. Magrino.
The investigation was handled by the Sheriff’s Office and the New York State Attorney General’s Office.
Magrino had worked at the facility for 9 years. He was out on $2000 cash/$5000 since his arrest.
