State Troopers responded to a report of an intoxicated Williamson man going off on his father’s residence after he became upset by being ordered out of the house on Tuesday (1/4) at 6:10 p.m.
Nicholas R. Otero, age 62, formerly of 4464 Ridge Road in Williamson, now reported homeless, grabbed a cane and began smashing all the windows in the house.
Otero, who has an extensive criminal history, including 20 years in prison, was subsequently charged with Felony Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree and Felony Aggravated Family Offense.
After he was brought back to the Williamson
barracks, he became uncooperative and would not allow Troop- ers to take his fingerprints, or photo. He was then additionally charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the Second Degree.
Otero was taken in for centralized
arraignment and remanded to jail with appearance tickets for Williamson Town Court.
