The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reported the arrest on Sunday (11/27) at 7:03 p.m. of Lyons man for Assault in the Third Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Santo D. DeLork, age 43, of Westphal Parkway in Lyons allegedly knocked a 13 year old neighbor to the ground, causing her to hit her head. As a result of hitting her head the 13 year old sustained a concussion.
DeLork was arraigned before the Town of Lyons Court and was released on his own recognizance. He is to return before the Town of Lyons Court at a later date to answer to charges.
