On Sunday (10/20) State Troopers out of Lyons responded to a one vehicle crash on Old Lyons Road  in the town of Falen.

It is alleged that Anthony Muto, age 32, residing at 9159 Old Lyons Road in Lyons drove off the road, crashing his vehicle.

He refused to speak to the  troopers and was subsequently charged with Felony DWI, with a prior conviction in the Town of Galen in 2016; Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test; No License; Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of  Motor Vehicle in the First Degree; Speed Not Reasonable for Conditions; and Move From Lane Unsafely.

Muto was taken to the Wayne County Jail for CAP Court arraignment and released to a sober third party to initially appear in Town of Galen Court on November 6th.

His vehicle was towed from the scene of the incident
