On Tuesday (12/31) at 12:28 p.m. State Troopers out of Lyons received a report of a woman wanted on a bench warrant out of Lyons Court on drug charges and a separate Petit Larceny charge, who just left her residence at 14 Franklin Street in Lyons.
Nicole M. Livsey, age 31,, was found passed out in a driveway with pills about that she had no prescription for on September 2nd. She was originally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh Degree and Subscription in Non Original Container. She then failed to appear in Lyons Court on that charge and a bench warrant was issued.
Livsey was also charged with a Petit Larceny arrest from The Dollar General store in Lyons for the theft of $113.15 worth of merchandise.
Troopers found Livsey pulling into the Quicklee’s convenience store on Route 31 in Lyons and took her into custody.
She was then arrested on the past warrant and charge, along with a new charge for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree-Crack Cocaine; DWI and failure to Submit to a Breath Test.
Nicole was taken to the Wayne County Jail for CAP Court arraignment and released pending her appearance in Lyons Town Court on the past and current charges.
