The Macedon Police Department reported the arrest of Richard C. Lord, age 48, of Crest Avenue in the Town of Macedon on Friday, November 12, at 12:28pm for the following crimes: Class a Felony Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child, Criminal Sex Act in the First Degree, Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, Forcible Touching, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

It is alleged that Lord engaged in several sexual acts between the years

of 2016, when the child was age 9 and continued to 2021.

Lord was transported to CAP for arraignment and released on appearance tickets for Wayne County Grand Jury action.
