On Friday (1/9) at 9:48 p.m. State Troopers out of Lyons attempted to stop a vehicle following a domestic report and the driver running a red light in the Town of Lyons. 

The vehicle operator, Andrew L. Morseman, age 36, of  6653 County Road #7 in Prattsburg, NY, refused to stop and led police through four  Wayne County towns, then into Monroe County where he crashed his vehicle and taken into custody.

Morseman was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree; four counts of Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer; five counts of Reckless Endangerment and one count of Resisting Arrest. He additionally faces charges in Monroe County.Morseman was taken to the Wayne county Jail for CAP Court arraignment and released to appear on various upcoming dates in four Wayne Count towns.
