State Police out of Wolcott reported the arrest on Monday (12/27) of Javin W. Watson, age 39, of 35 East 9th Street in Oswego, NY after he allegedly threatened a girlfriend’s neighbor with a pipe wrench, threatening to kill him.
Watson was charged with Menacing in the Second Degree, Criminal Contempt in the First Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree.
Once back at the Wolcott Station, Watson reportedly calmed down, then suddenly became “the Hulk”, and ripped the 12 foot, 200 pound holding bench off the wall. Javin W. Watson, claimed, “I did it because I was hungry.” He was then charged with Criminal Mischief in the Third
Degree and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the Second Degree for that incident.
Watson’s girlfriend wanted him arrested for sending her a threatening text message and he was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree. He was taken to centralized arraignment and was released on all the charges with appearance tickets for Wolcott Town Court. An Order of Protection was issued for the girlfriend.
