On F Wednesday (10/30) State Police out of Williamson responded to a 911 hang-up call originating for a residential address on New Road in the Town of Ontario.
Troopers responde but the person inside refused to answer. Eventually Destiny M. Andrews, age 23, opened the door and appeared to be highly intoxicated. She told the troopers she purposely overdosed on Benadryl, while she was caring for her three month old baby.
Andrews was taken to the hospital for a check-up and subsequently arrested, following an investigation on Friday (11/8) while staying with a friend on Oakmont Avenue in the Village of Bloomfield.
She was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, taken to the Wayne County Jail for CAP Court arraignment and released to appear in Ontario Town Court on November 19th.
