Newark Village Police reported the arrest on Tuesday (8/6) at 1:03 p.m. of Jessica Alamond, age 36, of Blue Cut Road in Newark for one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

It is alleged that Alamond’s three-year-old child was found wandering several hundred yards away in a parking lot. She was released on an appearance ticket for Newark Village Court.

Wayne County Child Protective Services was notified.
