Newark Village Police were called to the Newark Wayne Hospital on Monday (10/31) afternoon for a report of an Emergency Department patient out of control. Officers arrived and witnessed Floyd Main, age 68, of 633 South Main Street in Newark punch a male nurse in the face with a closed fist.
Main was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree, arraigned and remanded to jail on No Bail to reappear in Newark Village Court.
