Palmyra Village Police responded to a call of a woman possibly having some sort of seizure on Thursday (3/16). While on the scene police observed marijuana in plain sight, with young children age 3 and 7 exposed, where the marijuana could be accessed.
On Monday (3/20), State Police out of Lyons returned to the residence on Walker Road and arrested Michael C. Hucks, age 37 and Barbara J. Hucks, age 37 both of Palmyra, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana.
Michael and Barbara Hucks were both issued appearance tickets to appear in the Town of Palmyra Court on April 4.
