State Troopers out of Wolcott reported stopping a vehicle for Speeding on Monday (11/25) at 3:40 p.m. eastbound at Barkley Road in Sodus
Troopers detected the smell of alcohol and he vehicle operator, Peter Elemuel Anderson, age 56, of 5555 Main Street in Sodus was subsequently arrested for Felony DWI/BAC, with a blood alcohol level of .10% and Suspended Registration.
Records show Anderson has two prior DWI convictions. He was taken to the Wayne County Jail for CAP Court arraignment and released to a sober third party to appear in Sodus Town Court. His vehicle was towed from the scene of the stop.
