The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest on Friday (8/7) at 12:30 a.m.  of Donald B. Allen, age 44, of 3245 Taylor Road in the Town of Savannah following the investigation into a sexual assault.

Allen was charged with Felony  Rape in the First Degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation.

It is alleged that on August 1st 2026, Allen was at his house with a female, he became intoxicated and physically assaulted the female punching her in the face and choking her. During the altercation Allen forced himself onto the female, sexually assaulting her after being told no and as she tried to push him off.

The New York State Division of Parole also the arrested Allen on Friday on a Parole Violation from a  October 18, 2018 conviction for Attempted Rape.

Allen was transported to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment and remanded back to jail to appear for a preliminary hearing in Wayne County Court on Monday, August 10th.
