State Police out of Williamson responded to report of a man stabbing his roommate in the stomach with a kitchen knife during an argument.
Curtis C. Clarke, age 62, of 6 State Street, upper apartment in the Village of Sodus was subsequently arrested for Felony Assault in the First Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.
Clarke was arraigned and remanded to jail on No Bail due to prior felony convictions. The case will be presented to a Wayne County Grand Jury.
The roommate was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where he underwent surgery for a lacerated liver.
