The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reported the arrest on Thursday (12/30) at 5:38 p.m. of Tru C. Marsteiner, age 21, of Boyd Road in Sodus, following a domestic incident that took place on 12/27 in the Town of Sodus, following an investigation into a domestic incident in which Marsteiner allegedly violated an Order of Protection by using a kitchen knife to physically menace his girlfriend.

Marsteiner was charged with Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, Menacing in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree.

Marsteiner was transported to the Wayne County Jail for Centralized Arraignment and released to appear in the Sodus Town Court at a later date and time to answer to the charges.
