Ahmed L. Osmen charged after discovery of 100 grams of cocaine + two ghost guns

On Wednesday (9/28) State Police out of Lyons initiated a search warrant at 217 Fayette Street in the Village of Palmyra. The case, against Ahmed L. Osmen, age 36 began in August after police developed a number of leads.

During the search warrant State Police seized 100 grams of cocaine (about three and a half ounces, along with two non-serialized ghost guns. Osmen was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.

Osmen was remanded to the Wayne County Jail on No Bail, due to his prior, multiple felony convictions. The case will be presented to a Wayne county Grand Jury
