On Tuesday (10/1) State Police Investigators out of Wolcott reported the  arrest of Jacob D. Gonyeau, age 25, of  11824 Pinewood Drive in Wolcott.

It is alleged Gonyeau, on January 4th of this year, stole a Jeep from a neighbor across the street.

In this case he was charged with Conspiracy in the Sixth Degree; Felony Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree.

Gonyeau was also charged with Conspiracy in the Fourth Degree; Burglary in the Second Degree; Petit Larceny; Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree and criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree.

The case from February 1st of this year alleges he stole a vehicle from another neighbor.

Gonyeau was taken to the Wayne County Jai for CAP Court arraignment and released to appear in Wolcott Court on both cases.
