The Wayne CountySherif s Office reported the arrest on Tuesday (10/11) at 1:09 p.m. of Dominick Mason, age 20, from the Town of Rose following an investigation into an incident that occurred on August 16, at the 104 Store located at 13824 Route 370, in the Town of Wolcott. Mason was chargedwith Robbery in the Second Degree, Assault in the Second Degree, anc Petit Larceny.

It is alleged that Mason, along with Kevin Huntington Jr age 18, assaulted a male and female couple who were parkec in the parking lot of the 104 Store. During the assault it is alleged that Mason and Huntington forcibly stole a smoking bong and U.S. Currency from inside the vehicle.

Mason was arrested and transported to the Wayne County Jail where he was arraigned at centralized arraignment and released to appear in Wolcott Town Court.

Kevin Huntington Jr, has not yet been located.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has the same pending charges.
