The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest on Monday (1/20) at 5:53 p.m. of Crystal Quinn, age 41, of State Route 21 in Williamson following an investigation into a family trouble.
Quinn was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree and 4 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The charges stem from a family trouble that occurred in the Town of Marion back in March of 2024 where it is alleged that Quinn was smoking crack cocaine in front of 4 children. During the investigation, Deputies located a bag with contents that tested positive for cocaine.
Quinn was arrested and processed at the Sheriffs Office and transported to the Wayne County Jail for CAP Court arraignment and released to appear in Williamson Town Court.
