On Saturday (10/12) at 6:12 p.m. Webster Town Police responded to the Wendy’s restaurant on Ridge Road in Webster from a disturbance at the drive-thru window.
It is alleged that the driver of the vehicle, Marissa Antinoro, age 36, and the passenger, Jeremy Hudson, age 41, both residing at 7487 Lakeside Road in the Town of Ontario were upset about getting the wrong sauce with their order. There were three children in the vehicle at the time of the incident
The incident turned into the couple damaging property at Wendy’s and getting physical with employees.
Marissa was subsequently charged with Felony DWI/BAC due to a prio DWI conviction; two counts of Aggravated DWI with Children Under the Age of 16; three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Reckless Endangerment; Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree-Physical Contact.
Jeremy was charged with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child; one count of Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree-Physical Contact.
Both were arraigned in Webster Town Court and scheduled to appear back in Webster Court on the charges.
