The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the investigation of a fatal motor vehicle collision in the Town of Sodus.

            Theodore Cole and Kim Chavous were operating a motorcycle south bound on Buerman Road. The motorcycle collided with an oncoming vehicle causing them to be ejected. Kim Chavous was pronounced dead at the scene. Theodore Cole was transported by Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital. He was later pronounced deceased due to injuries. 

            Officers were assisted at the scene by the Sodus Fire Department, East Williamson Fire Department, Medic 81, Medic 82 and Medic 83. The collision is under investigation.
