The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest on Thursday (1/9/25) of a Town of Sodus man following the investigation into illegal online activity that allegedly occurred during the month of December 2023.

Logan S. Boyer, age 25, of McMullen Road in Sodus, was charged  with Felony Attempted Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the First Degree. It is alleged that Boyer communicated with a person online who portrayed themselves as a 14-year-old female. During the communication Boyer sent nude photos and invited the minor to engage in sexual intercourse.

Boyer was transported to the Wayne County Jail for prints and photos and released with an appearance ticket. He is to appear before the Town of Sodus Court on February 12th, 2025.
