State Police Investigators out of Williamson conducted a search warrant on Monday(1/20) at 7422 Seaman Street in Sodus Point, seizing any computers, or related a devices.

The search warrant on Donovan Pierson, age 20, was served at his place of employment in the Village of Red Creek, where his cell phone was confiscated.

Following the search warrant, Pierson was charged with the D Felony of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child Less Than 17.  He was additionally charged with the E Felony of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child -Less Than 16 years-Possession and Access to View. The material showed a sexual performance by a young boy that Pierson downloaded to the suckle media site X, formally known as Twitter.

Pierson was taken to the Wayne county Jail for CAP Court arraignment and released after posting bail. His first court appearance  will be in County Court on 2/12.
