The State Police Narcotics Squad out of Rochester, following a long term investigation, conducted search warrants in Lyons and Seneca Falls and took three people into custody on Thursday (10/27).
Also, a quantity of cocaine, crack cocaine, weapons and ammunition, in - cluding ghost guns was also seized at both locations.
Jose Luis Gonzalez , age 28, of 3985 Pilgrimport Road in the Town of Lyons was found in possession of co - caine and crack cocaine and charged with Criminal Possession of a Con - trolled Substance in the Third Degree;
Intent to Sell. He was also in posses - sion of five high capacity ammunition magazines, a nine millimeter, loaded hand ghost gun and an assault rifle. He was then charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.
Gonzalez, a convicted felon, was taken to Wayne County Centralized Arraignment and released to appear initially in Lyons Court on the charges.
Following the search warrant at 24 Boston Avenue in Seneca Falls, Zachary Nicole Rodriguez , age 22 and
Santiago Andres , age 30, were found in possession of a nine millimeter ghost gun, with extended high capacity magazine and crack cocaine Both Rodriguez and Andres were arrested for three counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon: Intent to Sell; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance in the Third Degree.
Rodriguez was remanded to the Wayne County Jail due to Seneca County Jail no longer housing women and Andres was remanded to the Seneca County Jail.
