SODUS: Katharine M. House, 73, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 07, 2024 at her home.

According to her wishes, there will be no public calling hours or funeral. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in the Sodus Rural Cemetery.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Mohr; niece, Luanne Lewis and nephew, Keith Stay.

Katharine was a postal carrier for many post offices in the area, with her last being at Marion Post Office.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence in 2011, sisters; Nancy Walbourn and Judy (John) Konowitz.
