ONTARIO: Arvilla passed away on December 1, 2025 at age 94.  She was born to the late Ira and Emma Negley. She was also predeceased by her children, Bobbie (Bobette) Palmer Fultz and Robert Stephen Palmer; grandchildren, Jarrod Keith Palmer and Sonny (Robert) Stephen Palmer; sister, Emma Jean Young; special friend, Jason Cahill; Arvilla was married to Robert V. Palmer who passed away on December 11, 2007.

Arvilla is survived by her daughter, Annette Kotvis (Palmer); grandchildren, David Earl (Sarah) Kotvis, Jr., Brandon Eric Kotvis, Nathan (Lyndsay) Daniel Kotvis, Demitrea Palmer, Stephanie Palmer, Andrea Palmer, Corrie Arnold, and Sheila Bailey; 19 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren; brother, Douglas Ira Negley; son in law, Randy Fultz good friend, Bev Safford; many nieces and nephews.

Arvilla worked for Stromberg Carlson for 5 years and Xerox for over 30 years. She also worked for a newspaper in Ohio for 6 years. Arvilla was a hard-working person who always took care of her family and friends.

A funeral service celebration Arvilla’s life will be held on Saturday, December 13, 10:30 AM at White Haven Memorial Park (All Seasons Chapel), 210 Marsh Rd., Pittsford, NY 14534, where she will also be laid to rest.
