Geneva - Larry Lee Smith Sr., 61, of Geneva, New York, passed away peacefully at his home on August 1, 2026. Born August 18, 1964, in Lyons, New York, Larry was the son of the late Murray Smith Sr. and Ella Mae Smith.

Larry attended Clyde-Savannah and spent his life surrounded by family, friends, and loved ones. Throughout his years, he shared many meaningful moments with those closest to him and leaves behind a lifetime of memories that will continue to be treasured.

Larry’s life will be remembered through the many people who knew and loved him. His memory will continue to live on through his family, friends, and all those who had the opportunity to share in his life.

Larry leaves to cherish his memory his significant other, Kelly Roach; his brothers and sisters, Clarence “Big Boy” (Diane) Jones, Ella Mae “Momma” (Alan) Williams, Diane (Robert) Duffus, Geraldine “Peanut” Rouse, Lorraine Smith, Murray “Man” (Tammy) Smith Jr., Maybelle Smith, and Robert “Robbie” “Dad” Smith; along with his children, extended family, friends, and loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents, Murray Smith Sr. and Ella Mae Smith, and family members Clifford Wright Jr., George “Papa” Grantling Jr., and Daisy Mae Wright.

Though Larry is no longer with us in person, his memory will remain with his family and loved ones for years to come. Those who knew him will continue to honor his life by holding close the memories and moments they shared with him.

May Larry Lee Smith Sr. rest peacefully in God’s care, and may his memory forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
