WOLCOTT: Terrell Wilferth, 49, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 28th, 2024, in Conquest, New York. Born on December 5, 1974, in Rochester, he was the beloved son of Leora Wilferth-Clark and Arthur L. Kellum.
Terrell is survived by his children: Anthony Wilferth, Leora Wilferth, and Sherisse Briggs; his mother, Leora Clark; his stepfather, Charles Clark; and his sister, Shyetta Clark. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur; his sisters, Teona Clark, Sharlette, and Gwendolyn Kellum; and his brother, Adrian Tanksley.
Terrell was a devoted friend to many. From a young age, he had a passion for sports and enjoyed cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. He had a love for music and could quickly memorize lyrics to sing along. He was the life of summer cookouts and enjoyed the outdoors, having bonfires, camping, and never turning down a good steak. Above all else, family gatherings and his children were his greatest joy.
His absence will forever remind us of the special person he was and the impact he had on our lives. A celebration of Terrell’s life will be announced in the spring. We ask his friends and family to join us in his remembrance. Flower donations for the celebration will be appreciated and can be sent once the date and location are set.
