North Rose-Wolcott’s Triniti Boykin recognized for Tennis success

The Wayne County Board of Supervisors recently recognized Triniti Boykin of North Rose-Wolcott Central School District at the Wayne County Courthouse for her achievements in tennis.

Boykin has had one-hundred-and-one all-time tennis match wins as a member of the North Rose-Wolcott Central School District’s tennis team; she has been named Wayne County Singles Champion for four consecutive years and Class C/CC Sectional Singles Champion four consecutive years.

Boykin was also named Wayne County League’s Most Valuable Player for three years straight and led her team to the League Title four of her five years with the school’s tennis program. She was undefeated in county matches during the 2015, 2016 and 2017 seasons.

While performing to this high level of athleticism, Boykin was able to maintain an academic average above 95 percent in addition to taking multiple advanced placement courses.

“I am so proud of her and her accomplishments,” said NRW Women’s Varsity Tennis Coach Peter Treasure. “She is extremely deserving of this recognition and does an amazing job representing her family, team, school and community.”
